Novotel Saigon Centre

We stayed on two occasions, 3 days and 2 days. Breakfast selection far superior on the earlier visit, as was check in process. Second visit a little disappointing.

Location and facilities like terrace bar and spa were excellent.

Great hotel. I like soft beds, these were on the firmer side but still very good, with great pillows. Really Nice room and view on the 17th floor if you book Premier. The premier lounge was nice, with good selection of food, i arrived around 3pm and was the only 1 there for about 2 hours, I had Coffee, Cakes and Fruit. I did notice that after i took the items they were not replaced very fast,, even after a few families came in there was still quite the delay to releasements, but i still loved it and would do it again. The pool was Really nice, both time i used it i was the only person there. The Bag guys (porters?) were fantastic! very helpful, in fact i found them much more helpful than the reception guy who seemed a little abrasive to talk with. One of the bag guy even got my broken bag fixed for me for a great price and done very quickly which i really apricated!

Friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic staff! Fantastic breakfast; one of the best in all of our Asian travels. Amazing custom made coffee too. Very large room with plenty of light and space. Convenient location with plenty of things to explore in the area.

Breakfast, housekeeping..room was so clean, staff attentive.
